Grants
It all started when…
‘Life Altering Grants’
GIVING HOPE AND SUPPORT TO YOUNG ADULTS WITH CANCER.
The heart of our organization is to assist as many young adults – an underserved demographic – as we can, through ‘Life Altering Grants’. Tyler had a passion and purpose for helping others, especially those going through what he endured. The grants assist with housing, travel, therapy, meals, and other unforeseen costs during their journey. Our hope is that our recipients hear the words “the cancer is gone.”
Our Grants
Our ‘Life Altering Grants’ cover a wide range of needs, including (but not limited to): housing, travel, therapy, meals, and other unforeseen costs. If you think that you might be an ideal candidate for the grant, contact your patient navigator or social worker to request an application.
We’re standing with you, and wish to give you hope and support during this time.
Life Altering Grants for Young Adults can be awarded from $500-$1,500.
Applications should be requested by an oncology social worker, doctor’s office, or patient navigator .
All applications will be verified by a THF representative at a hospital/institution for time of treatment and rarity.
If you meet the listed eligibility requirements, please have your representative (read above) request an application to tylerhoflichfoundation@gmail.com.
We are truly hopeful that past recipients and their families will help spread our pursuit and pay it forward to help another, so the circle of giving can continue.
